Nostify restores damaged photos by repairing scratches, dust, and fading, then enhances clarity to HD. The app analyzes each photo to reconstruct missing texture and improve contrast so faces and edges look sharper. Nostify saves the restored image as a new file while keeping your original unchanged.

Nostify runs on iOS, iPadOS, and macOS. Your restorations stay tied to your Apple device library, so you can work across iPhone, iPad, and Mac.

Select a photo, tap Restore, and Nostify runs a repair pipeline that detects damage, fills gaps, and improves detail. The app generates a before/after preview so you can verify the changes before export. Most photos finish in seconds.

Nostify targets scratches, cracks, dust spots, fading, and low-contrast scans. The restoration model focuses on damaged regions and blends reconstructed texture with intact areas for a natural look. Severe blur or missing sections may require a higher-quality scan for best results.

Yes. Scan or photograph the print in good light, then upload it to Nostify. Clean, high-resolution scans give the model more detail, which improves restoration accuracy.

Nostify maps grayscale tones to realistic colors using trained colorization models and reference palettes. The app keeps your original black-and-white photo and saves a separate colorized copy. You can compare versions and export the one you prefer.

Nostify enhances clarity and can export restorations in HD, which makes details crisper on large screens. The best results come from high-resolution sources, because upscaling cannot invent fine detail that is not present. If possible, use a fresh scan.

Nostify supports JPG, PNG, and HEIC. The app converts uploads to a restoration-ready format before processing. If you have another format, export it as JPG or PNG first.

Yes. Restorations run on secure servers, so an internet connection is required to process the image. Once processing is complete, you can save the result to your device.

Most restorations complete in 10–20 seconds. Larger files and heavier damage may take longer because the model performs more reconstruction. If you queue multiple photos, processing happens one by one.

Yes. Nostify shows a before/after slider so you can inspect edges, faces, and repaired areas. You can export either the original or the restored version at any time.

Your photos are used only to perform the restoration you request. Nostify keeps your original photo in your library and provides controls to export or delete results. For full details on data handling, review the Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions to change, pause, or cancel your plan. Changes apply at the end of the current billing period.

Try a higher-quality scan, crop to the subject, and avoid glare or heavy compression. If the output still looks off, run the restore again with a different scan or lighting. You can also contact Support and include both the original and restored images.

Nostify saves the restored image as a new file in your Photos library. Your original stays untouched, and you can export or share the restored copy from the app.

Scan or photograph the print in even light, keep it flat, and avoid glare. Use the highest resolution you can, then crop to the subject before restoring.

Nostify can improve clarity and fill small gaps, but heavily blurred or missing sections may still look soft. For tough cases, start with a higher-quality scan and try multiple restores.

No. Nostify always keeps the original unchanged and creates a separate restored copy, so you can compare or revert at any time.

Colorize creates a separate color version while keeping the original. If you want custom tones, export the colorized copy and fine-tune it in your favorite photo editor.

Check your connection, retry with a smaller file, and keep the app open during processing. If it still fails, contact Support with the original file and a screenshot.

Photos are processed on secure servers to run the restoration pipeline and then returned to your device. You control the saved outputs and can delete results anytime; see the Privacy Policy for details.

Restore runs the full pipeline for damage repair and clarity. Repair focuses on scratches and dust, Colorize adds realistic color to B&W photos, and HD Enhance sharpens details for crisp exports.
